    Terms of service<\/h2>

    These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.icanspoon.com website and forms a contract between you and Ican , a Swedish company with organization number 969769-0692 and official address Nordesnskj\u00f6ldsgatan 10, 41309 G\u00f6teborg, Sweden (hereinafter \u201cIcan\u201d).<\/p>

    In order to shop at www.icanspoon.com it is required that you are of at least 18 years of age or that you shop with parental permission.<\/p>

    Confirmation<\/h3>

    Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address.\u00a0It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order.\u00a0We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future.\u00a0The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.\u00a0<\/p>

    If you discover any errors, please contact info@Icanspoon.com immediately with your order number included in the e-mail.\u00a0Your order will be processed immediately after you place your order and thus we can not cancel, modify or add products.<\/p>

    Change\/Delete order<\/h3>

    As soon as your order is placed, we will begin the process of shipping your goods to you. Therefore, it is not possible to change or delete an already confirmed order. This also applies to pre-orders.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    Payment<\/h3>

    You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards, by invoice (Klarna available in Sweden and Norway).\u00a0With payment by credit or debit cards, paypal manages all of our banking transactions. Ican of Sweden AB does not handle any credit card numbers.\u00a0<\/p>

    Payment by card<\/h3>

    Pay with your credit \/debit card securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards.\u00a0Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank.\u00a0There is no extra charge for card payments.\u00a0When paying by credit \/ debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Ican may automatically cancel your order.<\/p>

    Please note that your credit card will be charged directly at the moment of transaction.<\/p>

    Returns<\/h3>

    As a customer at ican, you always have a 14 day right of return after you have received a product. The right of withdrawal is valid for unbroken packaging.<\/p>

    Contact us at info@Icanspoon.com with your order number and use the return goods notice. Right of withdrawal is not valid for\u00a0 products on sale. The customer takes responsibility and pays for costs associated with the return shipping. Products are to be sent back in their original packaging, as well as their original state and quality.<\/p>

    If your order has been sent without shipping you will be charged the actual shipping costs.\u00a0 Contact info@icanspoon.com for more information.<\/p>

    Claims<\/p>

    If the package is damaged on delivery you shall immediately claim it for damages at your pickup point. If there is something wrong with your product(s) we ask you to reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order.<\/p>

    \u00a0When receiving an incomplete order please contact info@icanspoon.com with pictures on what you have received. \u2013 We ask you to save the packaging and packing list until case solved.<\/p>

    Please read through our guidelines and steps for claims:<\/p>

    • Send your claim request through our web form here.<\/li>
    • Always include your order number when making a claim.<\/li>
    • Describe the defect as detailed as possible.<\/li><\/ul>

      Our team will handle your claim as soon as possible. If the claim is approved and settled, we will either rectify the problem when possible or you will receive a new item.<\/p>

      The right to claim a product applies to defects that are classified as manufacturing defects, i.e. if the product differs from a similarly manufactured product that does not have a defect.<\/p>

      The right to complain never applies to deviations caused due to wear and tear, lack of service and maintenance and errors caused by improper use of the product. This means that discoloration of materials, sun bleaching, rust and wear generally do not fulfill the right of complaint. When a product deviation is discovered, a claim must be made as soon as possible.<\/p>

      If you have received the incorrect product, please reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order. Please contact info@icanspoon.com and be as specific as possible. Always include your order number.<\/p>

      Ican follows the recommendations of Swedish Reklamationsn\u00e4mnden (https:\/\/www.arn.se\/konsument\/).<\/p>

      Cookies<\/h3>

      Ican uses so called \u201ccookies\u201d. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and which contains information that is necessary for us to know which items you are bringing to the check-out. We use so called sessions cookies to be able to offer you the web shop service and your browser needs to accept cookies for you to be able to add products to your shopping cart. If you oppose storage of cookies you can de-activate the function by going into \u201csettings\u201d on your browser.<\/p>

      Force majeure<\/h3>

      Ican shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control.\u00a0As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new \/ amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects\u00a0activities.<\/p>

      Amendments<\/h3>

      Ican may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Ican.
